We will first need to validate the claim in case of loss, theft, or damage beyond repair. Once your claim has been validated:

If you are in the U.K:

we will either courier you a refurbished replacement phone within 48 hours, or repair your phone within 5 working days.

If you're travelling outside of the U.K.:
deliveries may take between one and four days. The time will depend on how far you are from the U.K. We may also consider a cash settlement depending on the circumstance.
