We will first need to validate the claim in case of loss, theft, or damage beyond repair. We will then courier a like-for-like replacement gadget within five working days or offer a cash settlement if it can’t be replaced. If your gadget is damaged but repairable then we’ll pay for the cost of repair and shipping. 

If only some parts of your gadget are lost, stolen or damaged (for example, a camera lens), we’ll sort out replacement parts as needed.
