We will attempt to repair your bike. If a repair is not possible, or if your bike has been lost or stolen, we will courier a like-for-like replacement. Alternatively, cash will be offered if we can’t source an agreed replacement. Standard bikes will be sent to you within 48 hours after the claim is validated but unusual or rare equipment might take us slightly longer.
If we are unable to provide a hire bike within 48 hours and you need a bike whilst yours is being repaired/ replaced, (for instance you use your bike to travel to work) we will transfer you funds to cover the cost of a standard daily hire.
