Acceptable proof of purchase includes any evidence that shows the device has/ is being paid for by you: this can include receipts for the item, bank statements or credit card statements which references the item.
If you do not have proof of purchase, then evidence of proof of ownership can include: photos of you with the item. If you have any doubts, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative.
Please note that if proof of purchase is not available, high value items, such as jewellery, will require a valuation.
